Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Gadha doodh_Full cream milk - 500 gram, 
Vanilla custard powder - 02 bade chammach, 
Tazi cream_Freash cream - 200 gram, 
Shakkar_Sugar - 150 gram, 
Chocolate - 50 gram (kaddukas kar len).

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Banane ki Recipe:
Chocolate Chip Ice Cream banane ke liye sabse pahale 1/2 cup halka gunguna doodh lekar usmen custard powder ko achchhi tarah se ghol len. Ab custard powder mile doodh ko baki ke doodh men milakar medium aanch par ubalen.

Ubal ane ke baad aanch dhimi kar den aur chalate hue 5 minute tak pakayen. Iske baad doodh men shakkar mila den aur 2 minute tak chalate hue ubalen. Isake bad gais ko band kar den aur doodh thanda hone den.

Doodh thanda ho jane par usmen cream aur aadhi chocolate dalen aur achchhi tarah se fent len. Iske bad bachi hui chocolate bhi doodh men mila den. Ab is mixture ko kisi air tight container men band karake fridge men rakh den.

1 ghante ke bad container ko nikalen. Ab tak ice cream halki-halki jam chuki hogi. Ab ek chhote chammach se ice cream ko achchhi tarah se fent den aur iske bad use 5-6 ghante ke liye freezer men rakh den.

Ab aapki testy Chocolate Chip Ice Cream taiyar hai. Ise serving bowl men nikalen aur majen len.

Notah- Agar Ice cream jyada sakht ho gayi ho, to use aap freezer se nikaal kar fridge men thodi der ke liye rakh den, isse vah halki si mulayam ho jayegi aur aap aasani se uska test le sakenge.
