Besan Barfi Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Tyauhar ka mausam ho ya fir bachchon ke liye kuchh khas banana ho, to Besan ki Barfi sabse iske liye achchhi dish hai. Ye jhatpat ban jati hai aur sab ke man ko bhati hai. To fir der kis bat ki, aap bhi try karen Besan Barfi Recipe. Yakeen Karen, aap bhi iske diwane ho jaayenge.

Besan (Gram flour) - 250 gram,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 250 gram,
Deshi ghee - 200 gram,
Dudh (Milk) - 02 bade chammach,
Kaju (Cashew) - 02 bade chammach (barik katre hue),
Badaam (Almond) - 02 bade chammach (barik katre hue),
Pista (Pistachios) - 01 bada chammach (lambe kate hue),
Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) - 05 (chhilkar pees len).
Besan Barfi Banane ki Recipe:
Besan ki Barfi banana ke liye sabse pahle ek bartan men besan lekar usmen dudh aur 2 bade chammach ghee dalen aur achchhi tarah se mila len. Mixture men gulthiyan na rah jayen, iske liye mixture ko steel ke tar wali chhalni se chhan len.
Ab kadai men ghee daalkar garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen besan dalen aur lagatar chalate hue achchhi tarah se bhoon len. Besan ko ek plate men nikal kar rakh den. Uske baad bartan men shakkar aur 1/2 cup pani dalen aur chalate hue pakayen.
Jab shire men 2 taar ki chashni banne lage, to usmen besan daal den aur chalate hue pakayen. Saath hi usmen elaichi powder, badam aur kaju bhi dal den. Jab besan ka mixture jamne vali stage men aa jaye use gais se utaar len.
Ab ek plate men thoda ghee dalkar use chikna kar len. Uske baad besan ke mixture ko plate men dalen aur kalchhi ki madad se baraabar faila den. Barfee ke upar katre hue pista dal den aur chammach se barfi ko baraabar kar den. uske baad ise 2 ghante ke liye rakh den.
2 ghante baad Besan ki Barfi jam kar taiyar ho jayegi. Ab ek tej dhaar ka chaku len aur barfi ko manachahe size men kaat len. Ise aap air tight box men rakh kar 10-12 dinon tak istemal kar sakte hain.
Note:-
Besan ki Barfi banate samay is baat ka dhyan rakhen ki agar barfi 2 ghante ke baad bhi jam nahin rahi hai, to use kadai men fir se 2-3 minute bhoon len aur jama den.
Agar aapki barfi jamne ke baad behad sakht ho jaye, to use chhote-chhote tukdon men tod len aur usmen 1/2 cup doodh milakar fir se pakaayen aur mixture eksar hone par fir se jama len.
