Gajar_Carrot - 01 kg,
Shakkar_Sugar - 250 gram,
Mawa/khoya - 250 gram,
Dudh_Milk - 01 liter,
Desi ghee_ghee - 02 bade chammach,
Kishmish_Raisins - 01 bada chammach,
Kaju_Cashew - 01 bada chammach, (barik katre hue),
Badam_Almond - 01 bada chammach,
Hari elaichi_Cardamom - 06 (chheel kar pees len).
Gajar ka Halwa Banane ki Recipe:
Gajar ka Halwa_Carrot Halwa banane ke liye sabse pahle gajar ko chheel kar achchhi tarah se dho len. Iske baad unhen kaddukas kar len.
Ab ek bhari tale ki kadai ko garam karen aur usmen mawa (khoya) ko dhimi aag par bhun len. Mawa bhunne ke baad use kisi bartan men nikal len.
Ab kadai men gajar aur dudh dal kar chalate hue pakayen. Jab dudh jal kar aadha rah jaye, usmen shakkar bhi dal den aur isi tarah chalate hue dudh sukhne tak pakayen.
Jab gajar ka mixture sukh jaye, usmen desi ghee dal den aur bhunen. Sath hi usmen kaju, kishmish, mawa (khoya) mila den.
Mixture ko chalate hue 3-4 minute tak pakayen. Ab usmen pisi hui elaichi bhi dal den. Fir use ek bar achchhi tarah se milayen aur gais band kar den.
