Bina haddi ka chicken_Boneless chicken - 500 gram,
Makkhan_Butter - 100 gram,
Ghee - 01 chammach,
Kaju_Keshew - 50 gram,
Khaskhas_Poppy seeds - 50 gram,
Dahi_curd - 01 bada chammach,
Tamatar_Tomato - 02 (medium size ke, kate hue),
Pyaz_Onion - 02 (medium size ke, kate hue),
Hari mirch_Green Chillies - 4-5 adad,
Elaichi_cardemom - 2-3 adad,
Dalchini_Cinnamon sticks - 01 inch,
Jeera_Cumin seeds - 02 chutki,
Lal mirch powder_Chili powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Garam masala powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Lahsun adarak pest_Garlic ginger paste - 01 chhota chammach,
Sukhi kasuri methi_Dried fenugreek leaves - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Dhaniyaa powder_Coriander powder - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Jeera powder_Cumin powder - 1/2 chhota chammach,

Laung_Cloves - 4-5 adad,
Khane wala narangi rang_Sweet color - kuchh bunden,

Butter Chicken Banane ki Recipe:
Butter Chicken banane ke liye sabse pahle pyaz, tamatar, hari mirch, sukhe mewe, kaju aur khaskhas ko ubal len. Sath hi chicken ke chhote-chhote peace kar len. Iske baad kaju aur khaskhas ko mahin pees len. Tamatar, pyaz aur hari mirch ko pees kar uski bhi puree bana len.
Ab ek fry pan men makkhan aur 1 bada chammach dalda ghee daal kar garam karen. Garam hone par usmen sookhe garam masale dalen aur halka sa bhun len. Iske baad usmen sukhe mewe ki puree dalen aur ise tab tak bhunen, jab tak ye halke sunahre rang ki na ho jaye aur tel na chhodne lage.
Masalon ke tel chhodne par usmen adrak-lahsun pest dalen aur 2 minute bhun len. Iske baad usmen haldi, dhaniya, jeera powder, lal mirch powder, sukhi kasuri methi, garam masala dalen aur sari chizon ko achchhi tarah se mila len.
Ab masale men dahi dalen aur chalate hue bhunen. Jab ye tel chhodne lage, ismen pyaz ki puree daal den aur 5 minute tak pakayen. Ab ismen chicken ke peace, khane ka rang, namak aur 100 ml. pani daal den aur chalakar dhak den. Ab ise chicken ke galne tak pakayen aur fir gais band kar den.
