Til Gajak Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Gajak til se banate hain, isliye ise Til ki Chikki bhi kaha jata hai. Iske alawa kuchh jaghon par ise Til Gud Patti ke nam se bhi pukara jata hai. Til ki Gajak bahut testy hoti hai aur helth ke liye bhi faydemand hoti hain. To aaiye jante hain Til Gajak Recipe.
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Til_Sesame seeds – 200 gram,
Gud_Jaggery – 300 gram,
Badam_almonds – 10-12 adad,
Kaju_Cashew nuts – 10-12 adad,
Ilaichi_Cardamom – 02 adad,
Ghee – 03 chhote chammach.
Til Gajak Banane ki Recipe:
Til ki Gajak banane ke liye sabse pahle til ko achchhi tarah se saf kar len. Gud ke chhote-chhote tukde kar len. Dry fruits ko barik katar len aur ilaichi ko chhil kar pees len.
Ab ek kadai ko garam karen. Kadai garam hone par usmen til dalen aur achchhi tarah se bhun len. Til bhunne par inmen se sondhi-sondhi khushbu aati hai. Bhunne ke bad til ko thnada kar len. Iske bad inhen mixer jar men dalen aur thoda mota pees len.
Iske bad kadai men do chhote chammach ghee dalen aur garam karen. Ghee garam hone par ismen gud dalen aur hilate hue kam aanch par pakayen. Thodi der men gud pighal jayega. Guda ki chashni men ilaichi powder dal den aur use chalate hue pakayen, jisse usaki gadhi chashni ban jaye.
Jab tak gud ki chashni pak rahi hai, bache hue ghee ko ek plate men dalen aur use achchhi tarah se plate men faila den. Ab tak til ka mixture jamne ki position men a gaya hoga. Agar aisa ho, to gais band kar den.
Ab til ke mixture ko ghee lagi plate men palat den aur kalachhi se barabar faila den. Agar mixture thoda kada ho gaya ho, to ise belan ki madad se bel kar barabar kar len aur 1/2 inch moti part bana len. Isake bad kate hue meve upar se dalen aur belan se bel kar unhen daba den.
Ab ek chaku ki madad se gajak ko manachahe size men kat len aur 30 minute ke liye rakh den, jisse gajak achchhi tarah se jam jaye.
Ab aapki testy Til ki Gajak taiyar hai. Aap chahen to ise turant khayen, chahen to air tight box men rakh kar ek mahine tak istemal karen.
