Hing_Asafoetida - 02 chutki,
Jira_Cumin - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder_Turmeric powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Makke ka atta_Corn flour - 1/4 cup,
Lal mirch powder_Chilli powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak_Salt - test ke mutabik.
Sarson Sag Banane ki Recipe:
Sarson ka Sag banane ke liye sabse pahle sarson, palak aur bathua ke patton ko achchhi tarah se saf karke dhul len. Iske bad unhen chhalni men rakh den, jisse unka pani nithar jaye. Iske baad inhen mota-mota kaat len aur cooker men ek cup pani ke sath dalen aur medium aanch par ek seeti aane tak ubal len. Iske bad cooker ko utar kar rakh den aur uski gais nikal jane den.
Ab tamatar aur adrak ke chhote-chhote tukde kar len aur fir use hari mirch ke sath mixer men dal kar bareek pees len. Iske bad kadai men ek chammach tel dalen aur garam karen. Tel garam hone par usmen makke ka atta dalen aur halka brown hone tak bhoon len.
Atte ko ek pyali men nikalne ke bad kadai men bacha hua tel dalen aur use garam karke usmen hing aur jira dal den aur 10 second tak bhoon len. Iske bad pyaz aur lahsun dalen aur halka gulabi hone tak bhoon len. Iske bad haldi powder, tamatar ka pest aur lal mirch dalen aur masale ko tab tak bhunen, jab tak ki wo tel na chhodne lage.
