Kali mirch_Black pepper - 6-7 adad,
Laung_Cloves - 2-3 adad,
Badi ilaichi_Black cardamom - 02 adad,
Heeng_Asafoetida - 01 chutki,
Namak_Salt - test ke mutabik.

Methi Matar Malai banane ke liye sabse pahle methi se pattiyan tod kar pani se dho len. Iske bad ek badi chhanni men inhen rakh den, jisse inka pani nithar jaye. Pani nitharane ke bad methi ki pattiyon ko barik katar len.
Sath hi matar ke danon ko dho len. Tamatar ko dho kar chhota-chhota kat len. Hari hari mirch ke danthal tod len. Sath hi adrak ko chheel kar dho len aur chhote-chhote tukde kar len. Iske bad tamatar, hari mirch, adrak aur kaju ko mixer me dal kar barik pees len.

Masale bhun jane par kadai men cream dalen aur 02 minute tak bhun len. Iske bad kadai men garam masala dal kar mila den. Sath hi ubli hui methi aur matar ke dane, shakkar aur zarurat ke mutabik pani mila den aur ubaal ane tak paka len. Iske baad gais band kar den.
