Masala Moongfali banane ke liye sabse pahle moongfali ke dane nikal kar saaf kar len. Isake bad ek bowl men besan ko chhan len. Fir besan men thoda sa pani dalen aur use guthliyan khatm hone tak achchhi tarah se ghol len.
Fir bacha hua pani bhi besan men dal den aur ghol ko fent kar 5 nimute ke liye rakh den. Iske bad besan ke ghol men lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, amchur powder, beking soda, namak aur 2 chhote chammach tel dalen aur achchhi tarah se mila len.
Iske bad moongfali ke dane besan ke ghol men dalen aur achchhi tarah se mila len. Ab kadai men tel dal kar garam karen. Tel garam hone par moongfali ke danon ko halka sa chalayen aur hath men thode se dane lekar ek-ek karke garam tel men dalen.
Isi tarah se kadai men 1-1 karke utne dane dalen, jitne usmen aasani se tal saken. Iske bad gais ko slow kar den aur moongfali ke danon ko ulat-pulat kar talen. Jab ye dane halke bhure ho jayen, unhen nikal kar alag rakh den.
Isi tarah se bache hue danon ko bhi tal len. Tale huye moongfali ke danon men chat masala chhidken aur achchhi tarah se mila len. Agar inhen spicy banana chahen, to 1/4 chhota chammach lal mirch powder upar se chhidak den aur achchhi tarah se mila len.
