Adrak_Ginger - 01 inch ka tukda,
Kala namak_Black salt - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Kali mirch_Black pepper powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Nimbu_Lemon - 01 adad,
Namak_Salt - Test ke mutabik.
Palak Soup Banane ki Recipe:
Palak ka Soup banane ke liye sabse pahle palak ke mote danthal hata kar use achchhi tarah se dhul len. Sath hi adarak ko chheel kar dho len aur tamatar ko bhi dho len.
Iske baad teenon chizon ko mota-mota kat kar thoda sa pani milayen aur kisi bartan men ubal len. Jab palak naram ho jaye to aanch band kar den aur fir use tahnda karke mixer men bareek pees len.
Pise huye mixture men ek liter pani milakar use chhan len aur usamen namak, kala namak aur kali mirch dal kar medium aanch par ubal ane tak paka len. Soup men ubal ane par gais ki anch band kar den.
Ab aapka Palak ka Soup_Spinach Soup taiyar hai. Bas ismen makkhan aur nimbu ka ras milayen aur garma-garam Palak ka Soup pyale men nikal len.
Soup ko nikalne ke bad usmen upar se cream dalen aur soup stick ya kurkuri bread ke sath parosen.
