Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Maida (Flour) - 1 1/2 cup,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 1/2 cup se thodi zyada (pisi hui),
Dudh (Milk) - 1/2 cup se thoda zyada,
Makkhan (Butter) - 1/2 cup se thoda Zyada (pighla hua),
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup,
Tutty frutti - 1/2 cup,
Kaju (Cashew) - 1/2 cup,
Akhrot (Walnut) - 1/2 cup,
Kishmish (Raisins) - 1/2 cup,
Badam (Almond) - 1/2 cup,
Baking powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Baking soda - 1/2 chhota chammach.
Fruit & Nut Cake Banane ki Recipe:
Sabse pahle badam, kaju aur akhrot ko chhote-chhote tukde kar len aur kishmish ke danthal tod kar unhen kapde se saaf kar len. Ab maida men baking powder aur baking soda mila den aur use achchhi tarah se chhan len.
Ab ek pyale men pighla hua makkhan, pisi hui shakkar, condensed milk mila den aur achchhi tarah se fent len. Jab ye mixture fula hua dikhai dene lage to samajh jayen ki mixture achchhi tarah se fint gaya hai.
Ab taiyar mixture men 1/2 doodh dalen aur fir se fent len. Uske baad mixture men 1/2 maida dalen aur fir se fent len. Fir ek baar bacha hua doodh dalakar aur fir ek baar bacha hua maidaa daal kar mix kar len.
Iske baad kate huye dry fruits, kishmis aur tutty frutti dalen aur achchhi tarah se mix kar len. Ab oven ko 180 degree centigrade par preheat kar len. Iske baad cake banane wale bartan ki andar ki layer par makkhan/tel lagakar chikna kar len.
Iske baad us bartan ke tale ke size ka ek butter paper kat kar usmen rakh den aur usmen bhi makkhan/tel laga den. Ab taiyar mixture ko bartan men daal den aur use oven men rakh kar 180 degree centigrade par 25 minute ke liye set kar den.
Tay samay ke baad oven ko khol kar dekhen. Taiyar cake halke bhoore rang ka dikhna chahie. Agar cake taiyar lag raha hai, to usmen chaku gadaa kar dekhen. Agar chaku bahar nikalne par chaku men cake chipakta nahin hai, to cake taiyar hai.
Agar cake abhi brown nahin hua hai ya chaku par chipak raha hai, to iska matlab hai ki ye abhi theek se pakaa nahin hai. Aise men cake ko 10 minute fir se bake kar len.
Cake puri tarah se bake ho jane par use oven se nikal kar thanda hone ke liye rakh den. Cake thanda hone par ek tez chaku se cake ko bartan se alag kar len aur fir bartan ko palat kar cake ko nikaal len.
