Doodh (Milk) - 04 cup,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 08 bade chammach,
Singhade ka aata (Water chestnut flour) - 04 bade chammach,
Chhoti ilaichi (Cordamom) - 02 (chheelkar pees len),
Kaju (Cashew) - 02 chhote chammach (kate hue),
Badam (Almond) - 02 chhote chammach (kate hue).
Chena Rabri Banane ki Recipe:
Chena Rabri banane ke liye sabse pahle 4 bade chammach doodh men singhade ka aata milaakar pest banaa len. Bache hue doodh ko ubaal len. Iske baad doodh men singhade ka pest milaa den. Aanch ko medium karke pakayen.
Jab doodh aadha rah jaye, usmen paneer milaa den. Isake baad shakkar milayen aur 5 minute tak chalate hue pakayen.
05 minute ke baad aanch band kar den aur ilaichi ka powder aur kaju-badam upar se chhidak den.
Lijiye Aapki Chena Rabri taiyar hai. Man chahe to ise garmaa-garam khayen, man chahe to thanda karke iske maze len.
