Hari mirch_Green chilli - 2-3 (barik katar len),
Adrak_Ginger - 01 inch ka tukda (kaddukas kar len),
Tel_Oil - kofte talne ke liye,
Namak_Salt - svadanusar.
Tari ke liye-
Tamatar_Tomato - 250 gram,
Kaju_Cashew - 20 (pani men bhige hue),
Hari mirch_Green chilli - 02 nag,
Adarak_Ginger - 01 inch lamba tukda,
Cream - 02 bade chammach,
Tel_Oil - 02 bade chammach,
Hari dhaniya_Coriander leaf - 01 bada chammach,
Dhaniya powder_Coriander powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Jira_Cumin - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder_Turmeric powder - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder_Chilli powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Garam masala powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Hing_Asafoetida - 01 chutaki,
Namak - svadanusar.
Kela Kofta Curry Banane ki Recipe:
Sabse pahle kelon ko dho kar cooker men 1 siti aane tak ubal len. Iske baad gais band kar den aur cooker ki siti hata den. Jab cooker ki gais nikal jaye, kelon ko nikal kar thanda kar len, fir unhen chheel len aur gude ko achchhi tarah se maish kar len.
Ab maish kiye hue kele men besan, hari mirch, adrak, hari dhaniya aur namak dalen aur achchhi tarah se mix kar len. Iske bad mixture men 2 bade chammach pani dal kar use achchhi tarah se fent len.
Ab ek kadai men tel garam karen. Jab tak tel garam ho raha hai, kele ke mixture ke chhote-chhote gole bana len. Tel garam hone par golon ko tel men dalen aur ulat-pulat kar halke bhoore hone tak senk len. Sare kofte senkne ke baad tari ki taiyari karen.
Iske liye tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak ko ek sath mixer men dalen aur maheen pees len. Iske baad kaju pees kar uska pest cream men mila len aur achchhi tarah se fent len.
Ab kadai men thoda sa tel dal kar garam karen. Tel garam hone par usmen heeng aur jira ka tadka lagayen. Iske baad kadai men haldi aur dhaniya powder dalkar halka sa chalayen. Sath hi kadai me tamatar ka pest dalen aur achchhi tarah se bhoon len.
Jab masala achchhi tarah se bhun jaye, usmen lal march powder aur malai ka pest dalen aur tel chhodne tak bhun len. Ab kadai men 2 cup pani dalen aur ubal aane tak pakayen. Ubal aane par kadai men garam masala aur namak mila den aur 2 minute pakne den. Isake baad kadai men kofte dal kar chala den aur dhak kar gais band kar den.
