Aloo Kofta Recipe in Roman English/Urdu

Kofton ke liye-
Aloo_Potato - 400 gram (uble hue),
Ararot - 04 bade chammach,
Hari dhaniya_Coriander leaf - 01 bada chammach (kati hui),
Kaju_Cashew - 10 adad (barik katre hue),
Tel_Oil - talne ke liye,
Namak_Salt - zarurat ke mutabik.
Tari ke liye-
Tamatar_Tomato - 04 (medium size ke),
Cream - 1/2 cup,
Tel_Oil - 03 bade chammach,
Hari mirch_Green chilli - 02 adad,
Hara dhaniya_Coriander leaves - 01 bada chammach (katra hua),
Adrak_Ginger - 01 inch ka tukda,
Dhaniya powder_Coriander powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Jira_Cumin - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder_Turmeric powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder_Chilli powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Garam masala powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak_Salt - zarurat ke mutabik.
Aloo Kofta Banane ki Recipe:
Aloo ke Kofte banane ke liye sabse pahle aloo ko chhil kar kaddukas kar len. Iske bad usmen ararot, namak, hara dhaniya mila den aur atte ki tarah goonth len.
Ab ek kadai men tel garam karen. Jab tak tel garam ho raha hai aloo ke thode se mixture ko lekar uske beech men kaju ke 2-3 tukde rakh len aur fir use gol kar len. Aise hi sare aloo ke mixture ke gole bana len. Tel garam hone par usmen aloo ke gole dalen aur halka bhoora hone tak tal len.
Ab tari ki taiyari karen. Isake liye sabse pahle tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak ko mixer men barik pees len. Iske bad cream ko achchhi tarah se fent len.
Ab ek kadai men tel garam karen aur usmen jira ka tadka lagayen. Iske bad usmen haldi powder, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder dalen aur halka sa bhoon len. Iske bad kadai men tamatar ka pest dalen aur use achchhi tarah se bhoon len.
Isake bad kadai men cream dalen aur ise tab tak bhoonen, jab tak ye tel na chhod de. Ab kadai men 2 cup pani dal den. Sath hi swad anusar namak bhi dalen aur ubal ane tak pakne den. Jab kadai men ubal aa jaye, ismen kofte dal den aur 2 minute pakne ke baad gais band kar den.
