Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Hari matar_Green peas - 01 cup,
Paneer - 3/4 cup (chhote peace men kata hua),
Pyaz_Onion 01 (medium size ki, barik kati hui),
Hari mirch_Green chilli - 01 , bareeq kati hui,
Tamatar_Tomato - 02 adad (kate hue),
Kaju_Cashew - 5-6 adad (kate hue),
Lal mirch powder_Chilli powder - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder_Turmeric powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Dhaniya powder_Coriander powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Garam masala powder - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Lahsun_Garlic - 2-3 kaliyan,
Adarak_Ginger - 1/2 inch ka tukda,
Tel/Ghee_Oil/ghee - 1/2 cup,
Pani_Water - 02 bade chammach,
Namak_Salt - zarurat ke mutabik.
Shahi Matar Paneer Banane ki Recipe:
Matar paneer ki sabzi banana ke liye sabse pahle pyaz, hari mirch, adrak aur lahsun ko ek sath mixer men pees len. Iske baad tamatar ke peace karke uski puree bana len.
Iske bad kaju men thoda sa pani mila kar use bhi pees len. Ab ek kadahi men 1 bade chammach tel dalkar garam karen aur usmen paneer ke tukdon ko halka bhura hone tak tal len. Tale hue paneer ko alag nikal kar rakh den.
Iske baad kadai men thoda sa tel aur dalen aur fir usmen pyaz ka pest aur namak dalen aur ise tel chhodne tak bhun len. Iske bad masale men tamatar ki puree dalen aur ise bhi 5-6 minute bhun len. Iske bad kadai men lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder dalen aur chammach se chalate hue 1 minute tak bhunen.
Iske baad kaju ka pest dalen aur lagatar chalate hue 2 minute tak bhun len. Ab kadai men matar aur 1/2 cup pani dalen aur achchhi tarah se milakar 2-3 minute ke liye pakne den. Iske bad pan men paneer ke tukde dal den aur 2-3 minute ke liye pakne den. Iske bad gais bnd kar den.
Lijiye, apka shahi matar paneer taiyar hai. Ise garma-garam nikalen aur kulcha ya fir roti ke sath pesh karen.
Note- Agar ap tazi matar ka istemal karen, to sabzi banane ke pahale use pani men 7-8 minute tak ubal len, nahin to matar kadi rah jayegi. Frozen matar ka istemal karne par use ubalne ki zarurat nahin hai. Agar aap sabzi ki gravy patli banana chahte hain, to hari matar ke sath pani dalte samay uski matra thodi badha den.
