Apple Kheer Recipe in Roman English/Urdu

Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Sewai - 250 gram,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 500 gram,
Nariyal (Coconut) - 100 gram (bhigo kar pisa hua),
Khoya/mava (Mawa) - 150 gram,
Doodh (Milk) - 01 pav,
Makhan (Butter) - 50 gram,
Ghee - 03 bade chammach,
Badam (Almond) - 03 chhote chammach (mahin kate hue),
Kaju (Cashew) - 03 chhote chammach (mahin kate hue),
Chiraunji (Buchanania lanzan-chironji) - 01 chhota chammach,
Elaichi (Cardamomo) - 05 adad,
Orange rang (Orange color) - kuchh bunden.
Kimami Sewai Banane ki Recipe:
Kimami sevain banane ke liye sabse pahle fry pan men ek bada chammach ghee dal kar garam karen. Ghi garam hone par do elaichi dal den. 10 second ke bad nariyal (bhigone ke bad pisa hua) aur do 2/3 bhag khoya ḍal kar ek se minute bhun len.
Iske bad is mixture ko kisi bowl men nikal kar rakh den. Pan men punah ek bada chammach ghee dal kar garm karen. Ghi men kate hue mewe aur makhana dal kar tal len. Mewe sunahare rang ke hone par unhen pan se nikal len.
Iske bad unhen kisi gahre bartan men palat kar belan ke ek sire se kuch kar chura bana len. Ek bade bhagone men shakkar aur do cup pani dal kar garam karen. Pani ko chalate rahen, jisse shahhar ghul jaye.
Shakkar ke ghol ko tej anch par ek taar ki chashani banane tak pakayen. Chashni taiyar hone par usmen rang dal kar chala len. Sath hi bhun kar kuche gaye mewe bhi chashani men dal den aur panch minute tak unhen pakne den. Isi ke sath ek bade fry pan men ek bada chammach ghee dal kar garam karen. Ghee men 3 elaichi dal kar das second tak bhunen.
Isake bad usmen sevaiyan dal den aur 5 minute tak unhen chalate hue bhunen. Sinvai bhun jane par usmen dudh dal den aur chammach se use chalate rahen. Sinvaiyon ke dudh men bhig jane par usamen shire ka mixture dal den. Sath hi nariyal aur khoye ka mixture ko bhi mila den.
2 se 3 minut tak sevaiyon ko medium anch men pakayen aur usake bad anch band karake bhagone ko dhank den. Ab aapki kimami sevaiyan taiyar hain. Inhen thandi ho jane par pyaliyon men nikalen aur upar se khoya chhidk kar serve karen.
