Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 1-2 adad,
Adrak (Ginger) - 1 1/2 inch ka tukda,
Kasuri methi (Fenugrik seeds) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) - 02 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Garam masala powder - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 01 chhota chammach,
Tel / Ghee (Oil / Ghee) - 03 bada chammach,
Hari dhaniya (Coriander leaf) - 01 bada chammach.
Khade Masale:-
Laung (Cloves) - 4-6 adad,
Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) - 4 adad,
Tej patta (Cassia) - 02 adad,
Dalchini (Cinnamon) - 2 inch ka tukada,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Kaju Makhana Curry Banane ki Recipe:
Kaju Makhana Curry banane ke liye sabse pahle pyaz, lahsun aur adarak ko chhil kar dho len. Hari mirch ko bhi dho kar uska danthal hata den. Fir in sari chizon ko mota-mota kat kar mixer men mahin pees len. Isake baad tamatar ko dho kar uske tukde kar len aur ise bhi pees len.
Ab ek noon-stick kadai men 2 chhote chammach tel dal kar garam karen. Tel garam hone par aanch medium kar den aur tel men kaju dalakar halka lal hone tak bhun len. Kaju bhunane ke bad inhen alag rakh den. Kadai men 01 chhota chammach tel dal kar garam karen aur fir ismen makhane ko kurkure hone tak bhun len. Isake bad inhen alag rakh den.
Ab kadai men 2 bade chammach tel dal kar garam karen. Tel garam hone par ismen tej patta, laung, dalchini aur elaichi dalen aur medium aanch par 1 minute tak bhun len. Jab masalon se khushbu aane lage, ismen pyaz ka pest dal den aur ise sunahra hone tak bhun len.
Pyaz ka pest bhunne ke bad kadai men lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, haldi powder, kasuri methi, aur garam masala powder dalen aur 1 minute tak bhunen. Ab kadai men tamatar ka pest dalen aur tel chhodne tak achchhi tarah se bhun len.
Jab masala tel chhodne lage, ismen cream dal den aur 1 minute tak bhun len. Ab kadai men 01 cup pani dalen aur achchhi tarah se chala len. Sath hi shakkar, aur namak bhi dal den aur ubal ane tak pakayen. Jab kadao men ubal ane lage, ismen bhune hue kaju aur makhane dal den aur chalate hue 2 minute paka kar gais band kar den.
