Tava Kulcha Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Kulcha aam taur se kisi festival ya fir party ke mauke par tandur men banaya jata hai. Inhen sada ya phir Paneer athva aloo bhar kar bhi banate hain. Kuchh log inhen oven men bhi banate hain. Lekin aj hum apko ghar men tave par kulche banane ki recipe bata rahe hain. Hamen yakin hai ki ye recipe apko pasand ayegi.

Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Maida (Wheat flour) - 200 gram,
Dahi (Curd) - 1/4 cup,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 01 chhota chammach,
Beking soda - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Kasuri methi - 02 bade chammach,
Hari dhaniya (Coriander) - 02 bade chammach (katra hua),
Tel (Oil) - 02 bade chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Tava Kulcha Banane ki Recipe:
Tava Kulcha banane ke liye sabse pahle maida ko chhan len. Uske bad usmen dahi, shakkar, beking soda, namak, aur tel dal kar achchhi tarah se mila len.
Ab ise gungune pani se chapati ke atte se thoda naram goonth len. Dhyan rahe atta ekdam mulayam aur chikna gunthna chahiye, tabhi kulche achchhe ban payenge.

Ab hath men thoda sa tel lagakar atte men laga den aur use kisi gahre bartan men rakh kar gile kapde se dhak den aur kisi garam jagah par 4-5 ghante (thanda mausam hone par 11-12 ghante) ke liye rakh den.

Ab tava ko garam karen. Garam hone par tava par halka sa tel laga den. Iske bad atte ki ek loi lekar usmen halka sa maida lagayen aur belan se 1/2 C.M. ki motai men bel len.

Belane ke bad 1/2 chhota chammach kasuri methi aur thodi si kati dhaniya uspar dalen aur hath se daba den. Isake bad kasuri methi wali layer ko upar karte huye kulche ko tave par dal den. Jab kulcha thoda sa fulane lage, to use palat den.
Jab kulche ki dusari satah bhi halki si sink jaye, to uski ek satah par thoda sa ghee lagayen aur use senk len. Isi tarah dusri satah ko bhi ghee laga kar senk len. Sinkne par kulcha halka brown chittidar ho jayega.
Ab apka Tava Kulcha taiyar hai. Ise plate men rakhen aur garma-garam fried vegetables ya chatpati curry ke sath peah karen.
