Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Moongphali ke dane (Peanuts) - 1/2 cup (bhune hue),
Refind oil - 02 chhota chammach,
Nimbu ka ras (Lemon juice) - 01 chhota chammach,
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 2-3 (marzi ke mutabik),
Curry patta (Curry leaf) - 5-6 adad,
Rai (Yellow mustard) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - marzi ke mutabik.
Moongfali Chutney Banane ki Recipe:
Moongphali ki chutney (Groundnut chutney) banane ke liye sabse pahle moongphali ke danon aur thode se pani ke saath mixer men daal kar maheen pees len. Iske baad mixer men hari mirch, namak dalen aur dubara pees len.
Ab mixture ko ek bowl men nikalen aur usmen nimbu ka ras mila den. Agar aapko moongphali ka ghol jyada gaadha lag raha ho, to usmen thoda sa pani dalen aur mix kar len.
Ab ek fry pan men tel garam karen. Tel garam hone par usmen rai daal kar chatkayen. Ab pan men lal mirch powder aur curry patta dalen aur halka sa chala len. Iske baad tadke ki saamagri ko moongphali ke pest men mila den aur achchhi tarah chalaa len.
