Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 300 gram,
Aloo (Potato) - 04 (uble hue),
Dahi (Curd) - 1 1/2 cup,
Methi patti (Fenugreek leaf) - 1/2 cup (sukhai hui),
Ghee - 01 bada chammach,
Pyaz (Onion) - 02 adad (kati hui),
Adrak (Ginger) - 1 1/2 inch tukda,
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 03 adad (barik kati hui),
Tamatar (Tomato) - 04 (barik kate hue),
Lahsun pest (Garlic pest) 02 chhote chammach,
Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Kali mirch powder (Black peper powder) - 01 chutki,
Badam (Almond) - 10 (kate hue),
Kishmish (Raisins) - 15-16 adad,
Pista (Pistachios) - 10-15 adad (kate hue),
Kesar (Saffron) - 01 chutki (bhigi hui),
Hari dhaniya (Coriander leaf) - 01 bada chammach (kati hui),
Namak (salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Aloo Paneer ki Recipe:
Aloo Paneer banane ke liye sabse pahle ubale hue aloo ko kat len. Uske baad paneer ko bhi manchahe size men kaat len. Ab ek bade bowl men dahi, sukhi methi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, kate hue aloo aur paneer dalen aur mix kar len.
Ab ek fry pan men ghee daal kar garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen pyaz dalen aur bhun len. Pyaz bhun jane par pan men kati hui hari mirch, adrak lahsun pest dalen aur thoda sa bhun len. Fir usmen kate hue tamatar aur namak dalen aur use chala kar 2 minute ke liye dhank den.
2 minute ke baad pan men dahi ka mixture daal den aur chalate hue tab tak pakayen, jab tak masala chikanai na chhodne lage. Ab pan men kali mirch powder, sukhe mewe aur kesar milayen aur chalate hue thoda aa paka len.
Lijiye aapka Aloo Paneer taiyar hai. Ab ise hari dhaniya se garnish karen aur fir parathe ya rotie ke sath garma-garam serve karen.
