Maida (Flour) - 100 gram,
Paneer - 1/2 cup (kaddukas kiya hua),
Band gobhi (Cabbage) - 01 cup (kaddukas kiya hua),
Gajar (Carrot) - 1/2 cup (kaddukas ki hui),
Shimla mirch (Capsicum) - 01 (medium size ki),
Pyaz (Onion) - 01 (barik kati hui),
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 01 (barik kati hui),
Adrak (Ginger) - 01 tukda (kaddukas kiya hua),
Lahsun (Garlic) - 07 kaliyan (kuti hui),
Hara dhaniya (Coriander) - 02 bade chammach (barik kata hua),
Til ka tel (Til Oil) - 02 bade chammach,
Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) - 1/4 chammach,
Lal mirch powder (chilli powder) - 1/4 chammach,
Sirka (Vinegar) - 01 bada chammach,
Soya sauce - 01 bada chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Veg Momos Banane ki Recipe:
Veg Momos banana ke liye sabse pahle maida ko chhaan kar uska atta goonth len aur fir use gile kapde se dhank kar 1 ghante ke liye rakh den. Uske baad fry pan men tel garam karke usmen pyaz aur lahsun daal kar thoda sa bhoon len.
Uske baad adrak, hari mirch, dalen aur thoda sa bhunen. Fir kati hui sabjiyan, paneer, kali mirch, lal mirch, sirka, soya sauce, namak aur hara dhaniya bhi dal den aur 2 minute tak chalate hue paka len. Ab aapki bharaavan (stuffing) taiyar hai. Ise thanda hone par bharavan ke roop men istemal karen.
Ab atte ki chhoti-chhoti loi bana len. Loi itni badi ho ki use patla-patla belne par 3 inch golai ki puri taiyar ho sake. Ab beli hui puri men uchit maatra men bharavan rakhen aur use chaaron or se modte hue Momos ke size men band kar den.
Ab Momos pakaane wala stand le len. Aam taur se ye 4 khaane ka hota hai, jismen niche ke khaane men 1/3 pani bhar kar upar ke 3 khanon men momoj rakh kar bhaap se pakaye jate hain.
Momos stand men upar bataye gaye tarike se Momos set karne ke baad gais par rakhen aur 8 minute tak pakayen. Uske baad stand ko khol len aur sabse niche wale Momos ko nikal kar sabse upar ke khane men rakh den aur upar walon ko niche.

Ab Momos ko 8 minute tak inhen pakayen. Momos pak kar taiyar ho jayenge. Lekin agar aapke paas Momos stand nahin hai, to koi baat nahin. Aap ek bade bhagone men 1/2 pani bharen aur uske upar steel wali chhalni palat kar rakh den (yaad rahe pani chalni se thoda niche rahna chahiye) aur uske upar Momos rakh kar 10 minute tak pakaa len.
Ab aapke Veg Momos (Vegetable Momos) taiyar hain. Inhen garmaa-garam plate men nikalen aur tomato sauce ya manachahi chutney ke saath pesh karen.
