Tel (Oil) - 02 bade chammach + talne ke liye extra,
Jeera (Cumin) - 01 chhota chammach,
Lahsun (Garlic) - 05 kaliyan (Pisee hui),
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 04 adad,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Urad Dal Kachori Banane ki Recipe:
Khasta Urad Dal Kachori banane ke liye sabse pahle atte ko gunth kar use thodi der ke liye alag rakh den. Ab bheegi hui daal ko pees len. Kadai men do bade chammach tel garam karen, fir jeere ka tadka lagakar pisi hui daal ko dalen aur sunahrapan aane tak tal len.
Dal men sondhapan aane par aanch band kar den aur use thanda hone den. Thanada hone par dal men dhaniya, adarak, lahasun, mirch, namak dalen aur use achchhi tarah se mila len.
Ab atte ki chhoá¹i-chhoá¹i loi banakar usmen ek chammach bhuni daal bhar len. Ab ek loi len aur use donon haathon ki hatheliyon ke beech men rakh kar dabaayen aur kachori ke aakaar ka bana len. Kachori ko belan se nahin belen, nahin to kachori fat jayegi.
