Kofte ke liye-
Lauki (Gourd) - 01 (kaddukas karke nichodi huyi),
Maish kiya paneer (Grated paneer) - 1/2 cup,
Besan (Gram flour) - 06 bade chammach,
Pyaaz (Onion) - 01 (barik kaya hua),
Adrak (Ginger) - 01 chhota tukda,
Baking powder - 1/4 chohota chammach,
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chohota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik,
Tel (Oil) - talane ke liye.
Gravy ke liye-
Pyaz (Onion) - 04 (baarik kate hue),
Tamatar (Tomato) - 07 (kaddukas kiye hue),
Pani (Water) - 02 cup,
Adrak (Ginger) - 01 bada tukda (kuta hua),
Hari dhaniya (Coriander) - 01 bada chammach (kati huyi),
Fresh cream - 02 chohote chammach,
Hari elaichi (Cardamom) - 03 adad,
Dalachini (Cinnamon) - 02 tukde,
Tel (Oil) - 04 bade chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.Paneer Kofta Banane ki Recipe:
Talne ke liye rakhe gaye tel ko chhodkar kofte ki sari chizon ko mila len. Fir iske chhote-chhote gole bana len. Fry pan men tel garam karke golon ko sunahra hone tak talen.
Ab ek pan men 1 chohota chammach tel daal kar garam karen. Uske baad usmen pyaaz aur adarak daal kar sunahra hone tak bhoonen. Uske baad use thnda karen aur mixer men pees len.
Iske baad ek doosre fry pan men bacha hua tel garam karke jeera ka chhaunk lagayen. Uske baad usmen haldi powder, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, elaichi, dalchini daal kar bhoon len.

Iske baad pan men tamatar puree, kaddukas kiye hue tamatar, pyaz aur adrak ka pest aur thoda sa pani milaakar ubalen. Ek ubal aane ke baad fresh cream aur namak dalkar gravy ko gaadha hone tak pakaa len.
Gravy ke taiyar hone par ismen kofte milayn aur ek minute tak pakayen. Ab aapka Paneer Kofta taiyar hai. Ismen kati hui hari dhaniya oopar se chhidke aur roti ya parathe ke saath test karen.
