Easy Mango Burfi Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Garmi ke mausam men Aam (Mango) ki bahaar rahti hai. Aam bahut faydemand hota hai. Isiliye aaj hum aapke laye hain Special Mango burfi. Ye banane men aasan hai aur khane men bahut testy. To fir der kis baat ki, fatafat note karen Mango Burfi Recipe:

Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Aam ka guda (Mango pulp) - 02 cup,
Besan (Gram flour) - 100 gram,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 150 gram,
Deshi ghee (Ghee) - 03 bade chammach,
Kaju (Cashew)-baarik kate huye - 02 bade chammach,
Pista (Pistachios)-baarik kate huye - 01 bada chammach,
Elaichi powder (Cardamom) - 1/4 chhota chammach.
Mango Burfi Banane ki Recipe:
Aam ki Burfi banane ke liye 2 bade pake huye aam len aur unko chheel kar unkaa guda nikaal len. Ab ise mixer men pees len, jisse aam ka patlaa ras taiyar ho jayega. Ab ek kadai ko gais par rakhen aur usmen ghee garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen besan dalen aur chalate hue sunahra hone tak bhoon len.
Ab bhune huye besan ko alag rakh den aur kadai men aam ka guda aur shakkar daalkar medium aanch par chalate hue pakayen. Shakkar ghulne ke baad bhi aam ke gude ko chalate rahen. Jab aam kaa guda gaadha hone lage usmen bhuna hua besan mila den aur chalate hue pakayen.
Thodi der men aam aur besan ka mixture jamne wali stage men aa jayega. Aise men ek chammach kate huye kaju aur elaichi powder ismen daal den aur achchhi tarah se milakar gais band kar den. Ab thoda sa ghee lekar ek plate men achchhi tarah se laga den.
Iske baad aam aur besan ka mixture plate men failakar chammach se dabaakar baraabar kar den. Saath hi bache hue kaju aur pista upar se chhidak kar unhen bhi daba den. Ab Mango Burfi (Aam ki Burfi) lagbhag taiyar hai. Bas ise 2-3 ghante ke liye rakh den, jisse ye thndi ho jaaye aur achchhi tarah se jam jaaye.
Iske baad aam aur besan ka mixture plate men failakar chammach se dabaakar baraabar kar den. Saath hi bache hue kaju aur pista upar se chhidak kar unhen bhi daba den. Ab Mango Burfi (Aam ki Burfi) lagbhag taiyar hai. Bas ise 2-3 ghante ke liye rakh den, jisse ye thndi ho jaaye aur achchhi tarah se jam jaaye.
Thanda hone par ek tej chaku len aur burfi ko manchahe shape men kaat len. Ab aapki Aam ki Burfi taiyar hai. Chahen to ise turant khayen, chahen to fridge men rakh kar 10-15 dinon tak istemal karen.
