Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Kanji ke liye-
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/2 chota chammach,
Pisi raai (Mustard seed powder) - 02 bade chammach,
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 01 chota chammach,
Hing (Asafetida) - 02 chutki,
Pani (Water)- 02 liter,
Kala namak (Black salt) - 1/2 chota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Vadon ke liye-
Moong dal -100 gram,
Namak (Salt) - 1/4 chota chammach,
Tel (Oil) - talane ke liye.
Kanji Vada Banane ki Recipe:
Moong dal ko saaf karke dho len aur 4 ghante ke liye pani men bhigo den. Bhigne ke baad dal ko mixer men pees len. Uske baad use kisi bade bartan men lekar achchhi tarah fent len.
Fentne ke baad dal (jise pitthi kahate hain) ki ek chhoti si goli pani men dalen. Agar yah pani ke upar tairti rahe, to theek, aur agar niche chali jaye, to iska matlab abhi ise aur fentne ki zarurat hai.

Kanji banane ki Recipe-
Ek bade bowl men haldi, lal mirch, pisi rai, hing, kala namak aur namak lekar usmen 1/2 bowl pani dalen aur sari cheezon ko achchhi tarah se mila len. Ab ismen 2 liter pani mila len aur usmen vade daal kar achchhi tarah se chalayen.
