Gulab Jamun Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Gulab jamun ek paaramparik mithai hai, jo aaj bhi logon ke dilon par raaj karti hai. Isliye aaj aapke liye haajir hai Gulab Jamun Recipe. Ise padh kar banayen aur fir khakar hamen bhi batayen ki kaisi lagi ye recipe.
Mawa/Khoya - 300 gram,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 600 gram,
Maida (Flour) - 50 gram (02 bade chammach),
Kaju (Cashew) - 01 bada chammach, (barik katra hua),
Pista (Pistachios) - 01 bada chammach (barik katra hua),
Khane wala soda (Baking soda) -1/4 chhota chammach,
Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Ghee - talane ke liye.
Gulab Jamun Banane ki Recipe:
Gulab Jamun banane ke liye sabse pahle ek bade bartan men mawa, khane wala soda, elaichi powder aur maida ko mila len aur use atte ki tarah gunth kar naram aur chikna bana len. Uske baad ise gile kapde se dhak kar rakh den aur chashni taiyar kar len.
Chashni banane ke liye ek bhagone men shakkar aur 2 bade cup pani milakar gais par chadhayen. Pani men shakkar ghulne ke baad use lagbhag 10 minute tak medium aanch par pakayen.
10 minute ke baad shakkar ke ghol ki 2-4 bunden chammach men nikal kar thanda karen aur do ungliyon ke beech men chipka kar dekhen. Agar ungliyon ke beech ek taar jaisa banne lage, to iska matlab chashni taiyar ho gayi hai. Usko gais se utar len.
10 minute ke baad shakkar ke ghol ki 2-4 bunden chammach men nikal kar thanda karen aur do ungliyon ke beech men chipka kar dekhen. Agar ungliyon ke beech ek taar jaisa banne lage, to iska matlab chashni taiyar ho gayi hai. Usko gais se utar len.
Ab Gulab Jamun banane ki bari hai. Iske liye mawa mixture se thoda sa mixture len aur use chapta karke uske beech men kaju aur piste ke 5-6 tukde rakh len aur use chaaron or se band karke gol bana len. Isi tarah sare mixture ke gole taiyar kar len.
Ab ek kadai men tej aanch par ghee garam karen. Jab ghee garm ho jaye, to aanch ko dheema kar den aur usmen Gulab Jamun ke gole daal kar talen. Inhen talte waqt golon ke upar kalachhul se garam-garam ghee daalen. Par dhyaan rahe ki golon men kalchhul n lage, nahin to unka size kharab ho jayega.
Jab ye gole brown colour ke ho jayen, inhen ghee se nikal len aur chashni men daal den. Lagbhag 1/2 ghantee men Gulab Jamun chashni sokh lete hain aur khane ke liye taiyar ho jate hain. Ab inhen aap bowl men nikaal len aur garmaa-garam serve karen.
