Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Chawal (Rice) - 01 badi katori,
Hara chana (Green gram) - 01 cup,
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 (Barik kati hui),
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Jeera (Cumin) - 01 chhota chammach,
Hari elaichi (Cardamom) - 01 adad,
Ghee - 01 bada chammach,
Dahi (Curd) - 01 bada chammach,Hara chana (Green gram) - 01 cup,
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 (Barik kati hui),
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Jeera (Cumin) - 01 chhota chammach,
Hari elaichi (Cardamom) - 01 adad,
Ghee - 01 bada chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik,
Hari dhaniya (Coriander) - sajane ke liye.
Green Chana Pulao Banane ki Recipe:
Hare Chane ka Pulao banane ke liye sabse pahle chawal ko saaph karke aadhe ghante ke liye bhigo den. Chanon ko dho len aur thoda sa pani daal kar 5 minute ke liye ubal len. Uble hue chanon ko chhaankar alag kar len.
Ab ek kadai men ghee garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen jeera ka chatka laga len. Saath hi elaichi bhee daal kar bhoon len. Uske baad haldi powder, hari mirch, lal mirch powder ko dalen aur do minute tak chalate hue bhoonen.
Ab namak aur dahi daalkar masalon ko milate hue do minute tak paka len. Uske baad bhige hue chawal dalen aur 1+1/2 cup pani daalkar galne tak paka len. Lijiye aapka hare chane ka pulao taiyar hai. Pulao ko serving bowl men nikalen aur dhaniya patti se saja kar rayta aur achar ke saath pesh karen.
Note: Agar aap Hare Matar (Green Pea) ka Pulao banana chahen, to isi tarah se bana sakte hain. Bas Chana ki jagah par Matar ho jayega aur poori recipe aise hi rahegi.
