Kaju (Cashew) - 01 bada chammach (barik katra hua),
Kishmish (Raisins) - 01 bada chammach,
Baking powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Baking soda - 1/4 chhota chammach.
Eggless Mango Cake Banane ki Recipe:
Eggless Mango Cake banane ke liye sabse pahle ek bowl men aam ka guda, makkhan aur condensed milk lekar use achchhi tarah se fent len. Fir usmen shakkar ka powder milakar ek baar aur fent len. Uske baad maida men beking powder aur beking soda milaakar use chhaan len. Ab maida ke mixture ko aam ke gude men milaa den aur use achchhi tarah se fent len. Mixture guthliyan na paden, nahin to Cake achchha nahin banega.
Itni taiyari karne ke baad ovan ko 180 D.C. par preheat kar len. Jab tak ovan preheat ho raha hai, Cake ke bartan ki andar ki layer ko butter se chikna kar len. Uske baad bartan ke tale men uske aakar ka ek kagaz bichhaa den aur uske upar bhi butter laga den. Ab Cake ke mixture men doodh milayen aur use ek baar fir se fenṭ len.
