Chhote Aloo (Baby potatoes) - 500 gram,
Adrak (Ginger) - 01 chhota chammach (kasi hui),
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 03 adad (pisi hui),
Kasuri methi (Fenugreek seeds) - 02 chhota chammach,
Lahsun pest (Garlic pest) - 01 chhota chammach,
Garam masala - 01 chhota chammach,
Amchur powder - 01 chhota chammach,
Jeera powder (Cumin powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Panchforan - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Tel (Oil) - 02 bade chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Dry Aloo Masala Banane ki Recipe:
Dry Aloo Masala banane ke liye sabse pahle aloo ko dho kar ubaal len. Fir inhen chheel len. Ab fry pan men ek bada chammach tel daal kar garam karen.
Tel garam hone par usmen pnchforan ka tadka lagayen. Uske baad haldi dalen aur fir aloo daal kar fry kar len.

Fry hone ke baad aloo nikaal kar alag rakh den. Pan men bacha hua tel dalkar use garam karen.
