Dahi Puri Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Pani puri / Golgappa sabse popular street food maana jaata hai. Lekin jab Golgappa pani ke bajaye dahi ke saath khaaya jaata hai, to yah Dahi Puri ban jaata hai. Ye apne chatpaee taste ki wajah se bachchon aur badon sabhi ko bhaata hai. Islie aaj hum aap aapke liye Dahi Puri Recipe lekar aaye hain.

Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Golagappe - zarurat ke mutabik,
Aloo (potato) - 06 (ubale aur maish kiye),
Pyaj (onion) - 04 (baarik kata hua),
Besan ke senv (gram flour senv) - 200 gram,
Dahi (curd) - 01 cup,
Chaat masala - 02 chhote chammach.
Meethi Chutney ke liye-
Khajoor (dates) - 50 gram,
Imli (tamarind) - 50 gram,
Gud (jaggery) - 50 gram,
Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,

Hari chutney ke liye-
Hari dhaniya (green coriander) - 150 gram,
Pudina patti (mint leaves) - 50 gram,
Hari mirch (green chilli) - 05 adad,
Nimbu ka ras (lemon juice) - 02 chammach,
Laung (cloves) - 03,
Namak (salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Dahi Puri Banane ki Recipe:
Dahi Puri banane ke liye sabse pahle donon chutney taiyar kar len. Meethi chutney ke liye khajoor aur imli ke beej nikal kar unhen thodee der ke liye pani men bhigo den. Uske baad inhen nikaal kar chutney ki baaki chizon ke saath mila kar mixer men pees len.
Agar aapko chutney ka meethapan badhana ho, to gud thoda sa badha len. Isi tarah se hari chutney banane ke liye use bhi mixer men pees len. Chutney men zarurat ke mutabik pani dalen. Yaad rahe ki chutney na to jyaada gaadhi ho aur na hi zyaada patli.
Ab golgappon ko upar ki or se thoda-thoda todkar unhen ek plate men rakhte jayen. Golgappon men thoda thoda maish kiya aloo, pyaaj aur dahi dalen. Uske baad meethi aur hari chutney test ke mutabik dalen aur upar se sev aur chaat masala daal kar pesh karen.
