Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) - 1/4 chhota chammach,
Ghee - talne ke liye.
Bread Gulab Jamun Banane ki Recipe:
Bread Gulab Jamun banane ke liye sabse pahle doodh ko kadai men dal kar pakayen. Jab doodh pak kar aadha rah jaye, use nikal len aur thansa hone den. Ab doodh ko chek karen, agar usmen guthliyan hon, to use mixer men dal kar fent len.

Agar gole men dararen pad rahi hon, to atte men thoda sa doodh daal kar use aur goonth len, fir uske rasgulle banayen.
