Bhel Puri Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Chaat recipes men Bhel Puri ka apna makam hai. Kuchh jaghon par ise 'Bambay Bhel Puri bhi kaha jata hai. Ye ek popular street food hai, aur bachchon se lekar badon tak sabhi ko pssand aata hai. Hamen ummeed hai ye recipe aapko paasnd aayegi.

Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Laai (Puffed rice) - 100 gram,
Senv (sev) - 50 gram,
Papdi or mathri - 06 adad,
Aloo (Potato) - 01 (ubla aur kata hua),
Pyaz (Onion) - 01 (maheen kata hua),
Hari dhaniya (Coriander) - 01 bada chammach (barik kati hui),
Nimbu ka ras (Lemon juice) - 02 chhote chammach,
Hari chutney (Green chutney) - 01 bada chammach,
Imli ki meethi chutney (Tamarind sweet chutney) - 01 bada chammach,
Chaat masala - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Bhel Puri Banane ki Recipe:
Bhel Puri banana ke liye sabse pahle puri/mathri ko chhote-chhote tukdon men tod len. Ab ek pyale men sev, lai aur puri ko mix kar len. Aloo aur pyaz bhi mila len. Upar se hari chutney aur meethi chutney dalen. Sath hi namak aur chaat masala chhidk kar nimbu nichod len.
Ab is mixture ko achchhi tarah se mila len aur upar se hari dhaniya chhidak kar pesh karen.
Note:
Bhel Puri ko banane ke baad turant kha lena chahiye, nahin to ye thodi der men hi seel jati hai aur iska taste bekar ho jata hai.
