Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):

Doodh (Milk) - 750 ml., 

Badam (Almond) - 50 gram, 

Shakkar (Sugar) - 05 bade chammach (tbsp), 

Chhoti elaychi (Cardamom) - 10 adad, 

Saunf (Fennel seed) - 1+1/2 chhote chammach (tsp), 

Sabut dhaniya (Coriander) - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp), 

Gulab ki pattiyan (Rose petals) - 03 chhote chammach (tsp), 

Gulab jal (Rose water) - 02 bade chammach (tbsp), 

Kuti huyi barf (Crushed ice) - 01 cup. 

Thandai Banane ki Recipe:

Thandai banane ke liye sabse pahle tavaa ko garam karke uspar sabhi masalon ko dalen aur achchhi tarah se sookha bhoon len. 

Doodh, gulab ki pattiyan, gulab jal ke alawa sari chizon ko pani men bhigo den. 

2 ghante baad masale ko nikaal kar grinder men pees len. Pise huye masaale ko doodh men mila den fir ise barik kapde se chhan len. 

Saath hi kuti huyi barf aur gulab jal mila kar oopar se gulaab ki pattiyan saja den. 

Lijiye aapki thandai taiyar hai. Ise glass men nikalen aur test karen.
