Sabudana Khichdi Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Vrat ke dinon men Sabudana Khichdi khayi jati hai. Yah khane men laziz hoti hai aur sehat ke liye faydemand bhi. Hamen yakin hai yah aapko zarur pasand aayegi.
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Sabudana (Sago) -150 gram,
Moongfali ke dane (Peanuts) - 01 badaa chammach (mote kute hue),
Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 70 gram (marji ke mutabik),
Aloo (Potato) - 01 (medium size ka),
Tel (Oil) - 2 bade chammach,
Jeera (Cumin) - 1/2 chhota chammach,
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 02 adad (barik katri hui),
Kali mirch (Black pepper) 06 adad,
Adarak (Ginger) - 01 tukda (kaddukas kiya hua),
Heeng (Asafoetida) - 01 chuṭakee,
Nariyal (Coconut) - 01 bada chammach (marji ke mutabik),
Hari dhaniya (Green coriander) - 01 bada chammach (barik katra hua),
Namak (Salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.

Sabudana Khichdi banane ki Recipe:
Sabudana Khichdi banane ke liye sabse pahle sabudana ko dho kar ek ghanee (hour) ke liye pani men bhigo den (bade sabudane hone par 8 ghnte bhigoen).
Bhigne ke baad sabudane ka pani nikal den. Ab aloo ko chhil kar dho len aur uske chhote-chhote tukade kar len. Saath hi paneer ko bhi manchahe size men kaat len.
Ab ek bhari tale ki kadhai men tel daal kar use garam karen. Tel garam hone par usmen aloo dalen aur sunahare rang ke tal len. Uske baad paneer ke tukade bhi isee tarah se tal len. Ab bache hue tel men jeera aur heeng daal kar bhoonen.
Jeera bhun jane par usmen hari mirch aur adrak daalen aur ek minute ke liye bhoonen. Uske baad mungfali ka choora daal kar ek minute ke lie bhoon len.
Ab sabudana, namak aur kaali mirch bhi kadhai men daal den aur 2 minute tak chalate hue bhoon len. Usake baad 2-3 bade chammach jitna pani kadhai men dalen.
Ab gais ki aanch dheemi kar den aur 7-8 minute tak pakayen. Uske baad dhakkan khol kar denkhen. Agar sabudane pake na hon to thoda sa pani daal kar aur pakayn.
Agar sabudane pak gaye hon, to usmen aloo aur paneer daal den aur ek minute tak chalane ke baad gais band kar den.
