Nariyal Barfi Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Nariyal (coconut) ki barfi ek traditional mithai hai. Ise kisi bhi khaas mauke par banaya jata hai. Ise banane men 45 minute ka waqt lagta hai aur ise fridge men rakh kar do hafte tak istemal kar sakte hain. Aaiye jante hain Nariyal Barfee Recipe.

Nariyal (coconut) -100 gram, (kaddukas kiya hua),
Mawa or khoya - 200 gram,
Shakkar (sugar) - 200 gram,
Pista (pistachios) - 20 adad (baarik katre hue),
Kishmish (raisins) - 20 adad,
Elaichi (cardamom)- 06 adad (chheel kar peesi huyi).

Nariyal Barfi banane ki Recipe:
Sabse pahle mawa ko achchhi tarah se bhoon len. Ab chaashni banane ki taiyari karen. Iske liye ek kadai men 100 gram (1/2 cup) pani aur shakkar milakar gais par rakhen aur chalate hue pakayen. Jab shakkar pani men ghul jaye aur ghol men ubaal aane lage, uske baad bhi use 5 minute tak pakayen.
Chashni teen taar ki banani chahiye. Ye check karne ke liye chashni ki kuchh bunden ek plate men nikalen aur use thanda karke apnee ungli aur anguthe ke beech rakh kar chipkaa kar dekhen.
Agar donon ungaliyon ke beech 2 ya 3 taar bante hain, to iskaa matlab hai ki chashni taiyar ho chuki hai. Agar aisa nahin ho raha hai, to chashni ko thoda aur paka len.
Chashni taiyar hone par gais band kar den aur usmen nariyal ka choora, thanda kiya hua mawa, elaichi powder dalen aur achchhi tarah se mila len. Ab aapki nariyal barfi jamne ke liye taiyar hai.
Barfi jamaane ke liye ek plate men ghee laga kar use chikna kar len. Uske baad chashni ka taiyarmixture barabar se faila den. Uske upar kate huye pista daal den aur chammach se achchhi tarah se daba den. Ab ise thanda hone ke liye rakh den. 2 ghante men barfi achchhi tarah se jam jayegi.
Barfi jamne ke baad ek tej chaku len aur jami huyi barfi ko manachahe shape men kaat len aur upar se kishmish se saja den.
