Besan (gram flour) - 02 bade chammach (bhuna hua),
Pyaaz ka pest (onion paste) - 02 bade chammach,
Hari mirch ka pest (green chilli paste) - 01 chhota chammach,
Adrak lahsun ka pest (ginger garlic paste) - 01 bada chammach,
Lal mirch powder (red chilli paste) - 02 chhote chammach,
Haldi powder (turmeric powder) - 01 chhota chammach,
Dhaniya powder (coriander powder) - 02 chhote chammach,
Tamatar ki puree (tomato puree) - 02 bade chammach,
Jeera (cumin) - 01 chhota chammach,
Tel (oil) - 03 bade chammach,
Garam masala powder (garam masala powder) - 1/2 chhota chammach,

Barik kati hui hari dhaniya (coriander leafs) - sajane ke liye,
Namak (salt) - zarurat ke mutabik.
Lauki Kofta Banane ki Recipe:
Lauki ko chheelkar kaddukas kar len. Fir use dho kar 01 cup pani ke saath 05 minute ubaal len. Thandi hone par lauki ka extra pani nikal den.
Ab lauki men 01 chhota chammach namak, hari mirch ka pest aur besan milayen aur use achchhi tarah se goonth kar uske kofte bana len.

Kadai men tel garam karen aur kofton ko sunahra hone tak tal len. Fir isi tel men jeera chatkayen. Iske baad adrak lahasun ka pesṭ daalkar bhoonen aur fir pyaj ke pesṭ ko daalkar use gulabi hone tak bhoon len.
Ab kadai men haldi, mirch, dhaniya powder aur namak dalen aur pakayen. Jab ye masala tel chhodne lage, tab ismen tamatar ki puree daal den aur 2 minute bhoonen.
Fir 2 glass pani daal den aur tej aanch par ek ubal aane tak pakayen. Iske baad aanch dhimi kar den aur 5 minute tak pakayen. Ab kadai men kofte daalkar dhak den aur gais band kar den.
