Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Chole ke liye-
Kabuli chana (Chickpea) - 01 cup (bhigoya hua),
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 01 adad (kati hui),
Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Lal mirch powder (Chilli powder) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Chhola masala - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) - 1/2 chhota chamchach (tsp),
Amchur powder - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp),
Hing (Asafoetida) - 01 chutki,
Kala namak (black salt) - 01 chutki,
Pani (Water) - 02 cup (Cup),
Sabut Masala-
Jeera (Cumin) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Tej patta (Cassia) - 01 adad,
Dalchini (Cinnamon) - 02 tukde,
Laung (Cloves) - 02 adad,
Elaichi (Cardamom)- 02 adad,
Kali mirch (Black pepper) - 05 adad
Pest ke liye-
Pyaz (Onion) - 01 adad (medium size ka),
Tamatar (Tomato) - 02 adad (medium size ke),
Adrak (Ginger) - 01 inch ka tukda,
Lahsun (Garlic) - 04 kaliyan,
Hari mirch (Green chilli) - 01 adad.
Bhatura ke liye-
Maida (Flour) - 2+1/2 cup,
Namak (Salt) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Tel/Ghee/Butter - 01 bada chammach (tbsp),
Garam pani (Hot water) - zarurat ke mutabik,
Tel (Oil) - talne ke liye.
Khameer ke liye-
Patla dahi (Thin curd) - 3/4 cup,
Shakkar (Sugar) - 1/2 bada chammach (tbsp),
Beking powder - 1/2 chhota chammach (tsp),
Maida (Flour) - 3/4 cup,
Pani (Water) - 01 cup.
Chole Bhature Banane ki Recipe:
Pressure cooker men kabuli chana, namak aur zarurat bhar ka pani milakar dheemi aanch par pakayen. 5 seeti hone par use utaar len. Ek kadai men tel garam karke saabut garam masale daalkar bhoonen. Khushbu aane par usmen pyaz, tamatar ka pest dalkar bhoonen.
Masala ke tel chhodne par usmen saare powder masale daalen aur 1 minute tak bhoonen. Uske baad uble hue chane daalen or zarurat bhar ka pani dalkar dheemi aanch par 15 minute tak pakayen. Beech-beech men chalate rahen.
Iske baad kati hui hari mirch, chhola masala dalen aur 2 minute tak pakayen. Uske baad hari dhaniya, pyaz, adrak, hari mirch aur nimbu ke slice se sajakar pesh karen.

Bhatura Recipe:
Khamir banane ke liye zaruri saman ko aapas men mila len. Use kapde se dhank kar 7-8 ghnte tak rakh den. Bhatura banane ke liye maida, namak, ghee/butter aur khamir milakar achchhi tarah se goonth len.
Iske baad use kapde se dhank kar 2 ghante ke liye rakh den. Fir atte ki loiyan banakar bel len or tel men sunahra hone tak talen.
