Atta Halwa Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Atta halwa (wheat flour halwa) bahut testy hota hai. Ye sab ko bhata hai. Aur ise banane men sirf 30 minute ka vaqt lagta hai. To fir soch kya rahe hain aap, fatafat atta halwa recipe (wheat flour halwa recipe) note karen aur halwa banayen.
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Atta (wheat flour) -100 gram,
Shakkar (sugar) -100 gram,
Deshi ghee (pure ghee) -75 gram,
Kajoo (cashew) -15 (barik katre hue),
Pista (pistachios) -10 (lambai men barik katre hue),
Kishmish (raisins) -01 bada chammach (tbsp),
Hari ilaychi (cardamom) -05 (kuti huyi).
Atta Halwa Banane ki Recipe:
Sabse pahle aṭta chhaan len. Uske baad kadhai men 1/2 ghee dal kar use garam karen. Ghee garam hone par usmen atta dalen aur use medium aanch par chalate huye, sunahra bhura hone tak bhoon len. Achchhi tarah bhune atte se sondhi-sondhi mahak aati hai.
Atta bhun jane par kadahai men atte ka 3 guna pani aur shakkar dalen aur use barabar chalate rahen. Atte men guthali na padne payen, nahin to halwa kharab ho jayega.
Atta ghulne ke baad usmen kaju aur kishmish milaa den aur halwe ko dheemi aanch par pakne den, saath hi use lagatar chalate rahen.
Jab halwa gaḍha hone lage, usmen bache hue ghee men se 1/2 ghee ḍal den aur chalate hue pakayen. Jab halwa gaḍha ho jaye, tab samjhen ki wo pak gaya hai. Aise men usmen bachaa hua ghee, kuti huyi ilaychi dal kar ek bar aur chala den aur aanch band kar den.
Ab apka atte ka halwaa taiyar hai. Ise garma-garam nikalen aur kaju aur pista se saja kar pesh karen.
