Amla Murabba Recipe in Roman English/Urdu
Thand ki dastak ke sath hi market men amla (indian gooseberry) milne lagta hai. Ismen iron aur viṭamin C bharpur tadat men paya jata hai. Ye skin, baal, aankhon aur hazme ke liye behad faydemand hai. To lijye isee baat par hazir hai amle murabba kee recipe. Hamen yakin hai ki ye aapko zarur pasand aayegi.
Zaruri Saman (Ingredients):
Amla (indian gooseberry) - 01 kg (pake aur bina daag wale),
Shakkar (sugar) - 1. 5 kg,
ilaichi (cardamom) - 10 (chhil kar pisee huyi),
Kali mirch (black pepper) powder - 1/2 chhote chammach (tsp),
Kala namak (black salt) - 01 chhota chammach (tsp),
Fitkari (alum) - 1/2 bada chammach (tbsp).
Amla Murabba Banane ki Recipe:
Amlon ko dho kar 2 din ke liye pani men bhigo den. Uske baad unhen pani se nikalen aur achchhi tarah se kaante se god den.
Ab amlon ko 2 din tak fitkari ke pani men bhigo den. 2 din baad amlon ko pani se nikalen aur achchhi tarah se dho len.

Ek bhagona lekar usamen ek liter pani dalen aur use garam karen. Pani khaulne par usmen amle dal den aur 2-3 minute ubalane ke baad gais band kar den (amlon ko zyada der tak pakane se ve toot jayenge) aur bhagone ko dhak den.
10-12 minute ke baad amlon ko pani se nikalen aur unhen kisee dosre bartan men rakh den, jisse unka pani puri tarah se nikal jaye.
Iske baad ek steel ka bhagona len aur usmen 1/2 liter pani lekar shakkar ḍaal den. Sath hi usmen amle bhi ḍal den aur gais par rakh kar pakayen.
Jab shakkar ghulkar gadhi chashni men badal jaye aur amle achchhi tarah se gal jaayen, to gais band kar den aur bartan ko dhak kar rakh den.

Jab shakkar ghulkar gadhi chashni men badal jaye aur amle achchhi tarah se gal jaayen, to gais band kar den aur bartan ko dhak kar rakh den.
2 din bad bartan ko khol kar dekhen. Agar chashni patli ho, to usko pakaa kar aur gadhi kar len. Agar thik ho, to usmen ilaichi powder, kali mirch powder aur kala namak ḍal den aur aur achchhi tarah se chalaa den.
Ab apka amle ka murabba taiyar hai. Ise kisee kanch ke bartan men rakh den aur jab bhi apka man ho nikal kar khayen.
